Location: Remote / Hybrid (Mandatory in-person meetings in Claremont)

Commitment: Part-Time (with a clear path to Full-Time)

Compensation: Initially unpaid, evolves into salary + equity

• You have experience making sales with people in person, over the phone, and online.

• You prioritize customer needs and aim for long-term relationships over quick wins.

• A people pro — can discuss, explain, and adapt any subject matter for anyone.

What You’ll Do

• Drive student and teacher sign-ups by connecting with local communities, schools, and music shops.

• Build relationships with potential partners and organizations to create sales opportunities.

• Develop and execute sales strategies — both online and in-person, to fuel platform growth.

• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance to optimize strategies.

• Collaborate with the CEO, marketing team, and social media team to align sales efforts with growth initiatives.

• Represent musicu professionally in all interactions, ensuring our brand’s values shine through.

• Assist in building the sales playbook as we scale.
